Het overleg tussen warenhuisketen V&D en de vakbonden van vanmiddag heeft niets opgeleverd.
Volgens CNV-bestuurder Martijn den Heijer zijn de partijen uitonderhandeld. ,,Het werd ons al snel duidelijk dat er geen enkele bewegingsruimte is. Dan houdt het gewoon op.''
V&D had de bonden CNV en FNV uitgenodigd om de verzachting van de eenzijdige loonmaatregelen toe te lichten. De vakbonden kregen gisteren een brief van V&D waarin staat dat de warenhuisketen een jaar langer de tijd neemt om het loonoffer door te voeren. Per direct wordt 3% ingehouden en volgend jaar 2,8%. Daarnaast moeten groepen werknemers in 2017 en 2018 nogmaals twee keer 2,1% inleveren.
De bonden gaan daar niet mee akkoord en stappen naar de rechter namens meer dan 400 leden.
