Indien er naar de mening van de medewerker niet correct is gehandeld door de leidinggevende, zal hij dit opnemen met de naast hogere leidinggevende. Indien dit niet tot een acceptabele oplossing leidt, kan deze klacht besproken worden met een nog nader te benoemen klachtencommissie. Deze commissie kan alle klachten in behandeling nemen die betrekking hebben op de beoordelingsprocedure. Er kan dus geen klacht worden ingediend over de inhoud van de beoordeling.
