Wij hebben een melding ontvangen over een Smootiemaker van V&D. Ik weet op dit moment niet of deze melding ook gedaan is bij V&D.

De melding is de volgende:
Smoothiemaker laat stukjes plastic los die vervolgens in smoothie terecht komen.

Voor het gemak heb ik de foto’s bijgevoegd die ik zelf ontvangen heb.

Naar aanleiding van deze melding heb ik de volgende vragen:
• Heeft V&D (andere) klachtmelding over dit product ontvangen
• Zo ja, wat voor meldingen betrof dit?
