Uitbetaling Salaris en declaraties in maand juli
In verband met de recente overname zal ook de salarisverwerking en de bijbehorende
administratie worden losgemaakt van IHC Merwede.
Hoewel er arbeidsvoorwaardelijk geen consequenties zijn vraagt deze overstap wel wat
uitleg van onze kant:
• Door de korte doorlooptijd is het ADP helaas niet gelukt om in juli al een complete
salarisrun, compleet met loonstroken voor IHC Sealing Solutions te maken.
• Aan de andere kant zijn er ook nog zaken van vóór 1 juli die door IHC Merwede
verrekend worden, zoals overwerk en zakelijke kilometers.
Om de consequenties hiervan te beperken zullen er in de maand juli twee betalingen
gedaan worden, door twee verschillende partijen:
1. Door IHC Merwede de afrekening van de overwerkuren en ingediende
kilometerdeclaraties tot en met de maand juni voor de mensen die dit betreft.
2. Door Sealing Solutions de reguliere salarisbetaling met daarin de verrekeningen
(ziektekosten, SAO toeslag, eigen bijdrage leaseauto etc).
De betaling van het reguliere salaris en de verrekeningen zal op basis van een voorschot
gebeuren omdat ADP nog niet klaar is voor een reguliere verwerking. Dit voorschot zal
de hoogte zoals je gewent bent benaderen. Een eventueel tekort of overschot zal in de
maand augustus worden verrekend, wanneer ook de definitieve loonstrook over de
maand juli beschikbaar is.
Vanaf 1 juli 2014 kan er ook geen gebruik meer worden gemaakt van het digitale
declaratiesysteem ESS. Tot nader order kun je de declaraties via het declaratieformulier
indienen bij de Financiële Administratie die voor verdere verwerking zal zorgdragen.
Voor vragen en opmerkingen kun je bij onderstaande twee mensen of de afdeling
financiële administratie terecht. Ook indien er verschillen zijn bij de uitbetaling van de
overwerkuren, ingediende declaraties en salarisbetaling.
