De Inspectie Leefomgeving en Transport/Rail en Wegvervoer (hierna: de
Inspectie) heeft op 28 april 2016 uw aanvraag ontvangen voor een wijziging van
de erkenningen als AsBo en NoBo/DeBo van Luxcontrol Nederland B.V. wegens
een naamwijziging naar TÜV Rheinland Rail Certification B.V..
De Inspectie verstrekt hierbij TÜV Rheinland Rail Certification B.V.
de gewijzigde erkenningen. De erkenning als Asbo met kenmerk ILT-2016/54723
is geldig tot 9 juli 2017. De erkenning als NoBo/DeBo met kenmerk ILT
2016/54727 is geldig tot 1 april 2019. De duplicaten treft u conform origineel aan
als bijlage bij deze brief.
De aanwijzingen met kenmerk ILT-2012/21155 en ILT-2014/18916 op naam van
Luxcontrol Nederland B.V. komen hiermee te vervallen. De Inspectie zal de
naamwijziging doorvoeren op haar website, in de Nando database en ERADIS
database.
