Mantel Holland B.V. is al meer dan 75 jaar een topspeler in de bloembollenbranche. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in het verpakken en distribueren van bloembollen naar meer dan 40 landen. Ons brede assortiment leveren we zowel aan de buitenlandse tussenhandel als rechtstreeks aan de retailers, in de vorm van complete POS-concepten. Onze belangrijkste afzetgebieden liggen in Europa, de voormalige Oostbloklanden en Noord Amerika.

Wat ga je doen?

De bedrijfsvoering van Mantel Holland is in verregaande mate geprofessionaliseerd en geautomatiseerd (Navision). Als business controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bedrijfsvoering op financieel, bedrijfseconomisch en administratief organisatorisch gebied. Je verzorgt de verkoopcalculaties en bewaakt de hierin gehanteerde normen en formules. Vanuit jouw uitgebreide kennis en interesse voor geautomatiseerde systemen ben je een belangrijke vraagbaak op het gebied van Navision, Excel en EDI. Samen met je collega’s bouw je de systemen verder uit.

Wat verwachten wij van je?

Een afgeronde bedrijfseconomische opleiding op HBO niveau en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring op het gebied van finance en control, bij voorkeur in een productie organisatie;
Een gedreven houding, doorzettingsvermogen, overtuigingskracht en goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
Ruime kennis en ervaring in het gebruik van ERP systemen (Navision), Business Intelligence en Office toepassingen (uiteraard Excel);
Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels (Duits en Frans is een pre);
Een vakbekwame en nuchtere houding met een gezond gevoel voor humor en sfeer.

As business controller, you are responsible for the conduct of business on financial, prudential and administrative organisational matters. You takes care of the sales calculations and monitors the standards and formulas herein. From your extensive knowledge and interest in automated systems are you an important source of information in the field of Navision, Excel and EDI. Together with your colleagues, you build the systems further out.

What do we expect from you?

a rounded training on college level and a minimum of 3 years experience in the areas of finance and control, preferably in a manufacturing organization;
