These General Conditions of the Dutch Thuiswinkel Organization (hereinafter: 'Thuiswinkel.Org') are established in consultation with the Consumers' Association in the framework of the Coordinating Group Zelfreguleringsoverleg (CZ) of the Economic and Social Council and shall enter into force per June 1, 2014.
