De opgeslagen offerte bestaat dus wel, maar is niet te vinden via het veld
offertenummer. hierdoor lijkt het ook niet mogelijk te zijn om een offerte om
te zetten naar aanvraag via GIM omdat deze niet gevonden wordt middels het
offerte nummer terwijl deze wel bestaat.

In deze bug is het gereproduceerd in de test omgeving. Dit komt echter ook voor
in productie. Hierdoor hoge prioriteit.
