Employment Contract
Magical-Horse Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Party A or employer) and (hereinafter referred to as the Party B or employee) reach the consensus of employment contract upon mutual trust.
The Parties hereby preliminarily agree to the following terms and conditions, and this Employment Contract will become effective when signed by the Parties.
I. Employment Position: Depends the place of stable of Magica-Horse Co., Ltd. .
II. Employment Periods: Only if Party B against the responsibilities then loss the effective of contract .
III. Responsibilities of the Employee:
The Employee has the duty to obey the related law and the employer’s regulation when the employee contracts his/her jobs.
Subject manage the stable and all of the duty of manager has to fellow.
This contract upon mutual trust , any behavior as below , Party A could terminate “THE” contract .
A.) Personal sale any horse and discuss about any price of horse .
B.) Deed of saling and Take gain from any clients under table
C.) Personal take interrelate job
D.) Salary open
E.) Against superintendent , sexual harassment collage & any
F.) Any issue of against moral standards
IV. Party A can not spite Party B without legitimate reason. Party A should fellow moral standards to Party B.
V. Employment Payment:
Monthly salary: €4,000.00 , every 5th of month pay by cash.
Annual Bonus : one month salary , pay before Chinese new year.
Manage Bonus: Depends on the profit of a year
Meal allowance: NTD 8,000 , every 5th of month pay by cash
VI. Other Item: Party B has 3 times travel tickets between Holland and Taiwan for a year. Or travel any ASIA country between Taiwan , every times limited 7 days , the days should off pay salary.
Party A should shoulder the cost of tickets without against .
VII. Others:
Manager should conscientious and responsibility of all benefits of company .Either party may modify this Contract by providing a written notice to the other party.
