Een paar weken geleden is de Nationale Studentenenquête (NSE) 2016 uitgezonden naar alle studenten. De gegevens uit die tevredenheidsenquête vormen de basis voor beoordelingen van ons onderwijs door Elsevier en de Keuzegids. Het zou daarom goed zijn als nagenoeg alle studenten de NSE zouden invullen. Volgens de laatste tussenstand van een paar dagen geleden, echter, blijft de responsiegraad van de UU achter bij die van andere universiteiten, en blijft onze faculteit GW (nu ca. 15%) weer achter binnen de UU. Dat wekt natuurlijk geen goede indruk naar de buitenwereld.

De beste manier om studenten te overtuigen de NSE in te vullen, is door mede-studenten en door docenten, jullie dus. Vandaar dit verzoek aan jullie om in de komende weken de studenten nadrukkelijk aan te sporen om de NSE in te vullen. Je kunt daarvoor de bijgaande slide gebruiken, die je in de pauze van college of werkgroep kunt vertonen. Maar iedere aansporing van jou is natuurlijk welkom. Studenten hebben een hyperlink ontvangen in een email van ca 12 januari naar hun UU mail-adres.

The data from that satisfaction survey form the basis for reviews of our education by Elsevier and the choice Guide. It would therefore be good if almost all students would fill in the NSE. According to the latest summary from a few days ago, however, the response rate of the UU behind that of other universities, and continues our faculty GW (now ca. 15%) behind within the UU. This creates, of course, not a good impression to the outside world. The best way to convince students to fill in the NSE, is by fellow students and by teachers, you so. Hence this request to you in the coming weeks to urge the students to fill in the NSE. You can use the accompanying slide, to be found in the break from college or workgroup can exhibit. But every incentive is yours, of course, welcome. Students have received a hyperlink in an email from approx 12 January to their UU mail-address.
