Wij hebben de bouwkosten echter hoger vastgesteld dan u heeft opgegeven. Wij bereke- nen de bouwkosten op basis van de taxatieboekjes van Reed Business. Deze boekjes wor- den ook in de rechtspraak geaccepteerd. Volgens deze berekeningen komen de bouwkos- ten voor uw aanvraag uit op € 81.690,39.
Inhoudelijke beoordeling aanvraag
Op basis van de resultaten van de inhoudelijke beoordeling van uw aanvraag is gebleken dat er weigeringsgronden zijn.
1. Commissie Ruimtelijke Kwaliteit (Crk) heeft bezwaren. Het advies luidt als volgt: “akkoord mits de verticale delen van de dakrand in breedte overeenkomen met en aansluiten op de gemetselde penanten. Deze aansluiting vormt ,ongeachte de ma- terialisering één van de constanten in de uitvoering van de dakopbouwen in deze straat.”
2. Constructie advies is ook negatief omdat er te weinig stukken zijn ingediend. De berekening bevat geen berekening en tekening van uitbouw van 4 meter. Dat is niet te zien op de bouwaanvraagtekeningen. Tevens ontbreekt de constructieteke- ning van de dakopbouw.
Wij verzoeken u de wijzigingen en de ontbrekende gegevens voor 5 maart 2015 in te die- nen, zodat wij uw aanvraag kunnen behandelen.
